Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy defines when a customer may cancel an order before fulfilment.
Standard Orders (Readymade Products Only)

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to uci@asiaprocare.com and include your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Refund & Return Policy
Refund & Return Policy
This policy applies to readymade, non-customised products purchased from our eCommerce website.
Returns

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval by Asia Prosthetics Care Sdn Bhd.

Returned items must be in substantially the same condition as when supplied and suitable for resale.

We reserve the right to reject or partially refund returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact uci@asiaprocare.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number.

Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us.

We ship via EasyParcel, which allows us to choose from multiple courier partners based on your location and delivery speed
